M.Sc. Architecture EngineeringArchitecture Engineering
The Master of Science in Architecture (M.sc) program is particularly appropriate for graduates with a B.sc professional degrees in architecture (or equivalent degrees in related fields). The program composed of 33 credit hours, 9 credit hours are a written thesis, requiring a minimum of two years for completion.
The program allows for interdisciplinary skill-building and new knowledge integration in order to advance design expertise beyond the generalist education of a professional degree. With focused subject matter, the program develops participants' skills in design thinking and analysis and innovative approaches to design practice.

M.Sc. Chemical EngineeringChemical Engineering
The Master of Science in Chemical Engineering is designed for students with an undergraduate degree in engineering disciplines (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Engineering) who wish to get a graduate degree in chemical engineering. The program consists of 33 credits in chemical engineering including 18 credits of core courses, 6 credits of elective courses and 9 credits of thesis research. The core courses provide a more comprehensive foundation in chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, reaction engineering, Engineering mathematics, Mass Transfer, and transportation phenomena). Furthermore, in the thesis dissertation students select a research advisor and area for specialization. The thesis may involve either theoretical or experimental investigations, or both. It can be of a limited scope but should involve a significant degree of originality.

M.Sc. Computer Engineering and NetworksComputer Engineering
Given the domestic demand and regional growing for specialized skills in engineering and computer networks, came the establishment of Master's program in "Computer Engineering and Networks" in collaboration with the Electrical Engineering Department at the School of Engineering at the University of Jordan.
There are several objectives of the program, the most important is the preparation of engineers specializing in scientific research in the field of computer engineering and networks, as well as contribute to finding solutions to technical problems facing the industrial sector in the Kingdom.
This program is accepting 20 students in the thesis track. The Thesis track consists of (24) credit hours of coursework and a thesis with the equivalent of nine credit hours.

M.Sc. Electrical Engineering/CommunicationElectrical Engineering

There are two options for obtaining an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (Communications): a degree with a Thesis, or a degree with a Comprehensive Examination. The Thesis track consists of (24) credit hours of coursework and a thesis with the equivalent of nine credit hours. The Comprehensive Examination track consists of (33) credit hours of coursework and the requirement of passing a comprehensive examination.
