Upon completion of the program, the student is expected to be able to:
- Analyze and evaluate advanced knowledge and concepts in process safety, artificial intelligence (e.g., neural networks, reinforcement learning), and the Internet of Things, along with international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, IEC 61511) to address complex industrial safety challenges.
- Identify, formulate, and test innovative solutions for process safety problems using intelligent technologies and digital models (e.g., Digital Twin) to meet safety and reliability requirements.
- Plan and conduct literature reviews and experimental and theoretical research in the field of process safety and intelligent systems to enhance professional knowledge.
- Work independently and in multidisciplinary teams, developing habits of safe performance and adherence to ethical standards in industrial safety environments.
- Communicate advanced knowledge and research findings effectively and precisely in professional settings, using written, oral, and digital media to address complex and ambiguous scenarios.
