The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF), in collaboration with the University of Jordan (UJ), held a panel discussion titled “Every Step You Take Today… Shapes Your Future Opportunities” at the School of Engineering. The event drew strong participation from over 300 students representing a variety of academic disciplines.
The session was attended by the Dean of the School of Engineering, Prof. Menwer Attarakih Al-Abbady, along with several faculty members, and was moderated by Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Ahlam Harahsheh.
The event featured entrepreneur Abeer Qumsieh, Founder and CEO of Better Business and Khibraty, who emphasised the value of initiative and the importance of proactively shaping one’s future in an increasingly dynamic world. Drawing from her expertise in institutional transformation, human development, and digital innovation, she shared practical insights on leadership and resilience.
She also underscored the importance of empowering youth and women to take active roles in advancing social and economic development, noting that present decisions lay the groundwork for long-term success.
This session is part of CPF’s broader initiative to deliver impactful learning experiences for youth across Jordan. It is one of a series of events held in collaboration with public universities, including UJ, and features accomplished speakers from various fields who bring real-world expertise and inspiration to students.
