University of Jordan News (AJA) Soha Al-Subaihi - The Vice President of the University for Quality, Accreditation and Strategic Planning, Dr. Inaam Khalaf, met today with the Dean of the School of Engineering, Dr. Munawar Al-Tarakiya, and members of its teaching and administrative bodies, to discuss the latest developments related to institutional development procedures, academic work policies and procedures, and to listen to... During the meeting, which took place in the presence of the Deputy Dean of the College for Quality, Accreditation and International Classifications Affairs, Dr. Yazan Al-Badarna, and the Director of the Strategic Planning Department at the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center, Najda Hayajneh, discussions took place on the model of the School member's contribution to achieving the objectives of the university's strategic plan, and the model of the administrative body member's contribution to Achieve the plan.
Khalaf stressed the need for the concerted efforts of the academic and administrative bodies in the process of developing policies and procedures, and proceeding with the college's executive plan, which would improve the college's inputs and outputs, noting that linking the university's strategic plan to the budget this year will lead to observing many developments on the ground.
She praised the distinguished role of the School of Engineering in the field of quality, and its clear impact on this, providing a general idea of the steps followed in the work of the strategic plan, and the designated forms and the method of filling them out in the correct manner for later projection into the strategic plan, pointing out the importance of this in order to advance the application for the distinguished official university award within the framework of governance.
For his part, Al-Tarakiya explained the importance of quality and its effects on improving the School of Engineering, and its impact on the status of the mother university among all universities, praising the cooperation shown by many members of the teaching and administrative bodies, and the efforts they are making to improve their School.
