Dr. Deeb Abu Fara, representing the Jordanian Society of Chemical Process Safety Engineers, participated on Monday, November 13, 2023, at the Sheraton Nabil Hotel in Amman, in the first global training workshop for GreenChem: Behind the Scenes - Green Chemistry and the Management of Hazardous Chemicals, which It was held by the Royal Scientific Society in cooperation with the Ministry of the Environment, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and Yale University. His excellent presentation, “Chemical Management and Risk Prevention: The Industry's Dilemma,” covered important topics such as chemical hazards, risk communication, and best practices for storing and handling chemicals.
