MSc. Electrical Engineering/Communication / Student Outcomes

At the successful completion of the Master program in Electrical Engineering / Communication / (Thesis Track):

 

  1. Demonstrate a sound, in-depth and up-to-date technical knowledge in the fields of analog and digital communication systems, electromagnetic theory, communication networks, information theory, and signal processing.

     
  2. Identify, analyze and solve engineering problems in the field of communication systems by applying acquired knowledge and expertise.

     
  3. Test a scientific hypothesis or proposed engineering solution and evaluate its effect, ethical considerations, sustainability, and real-world performance.

     
  4. Continue professional development, self-learning, critical thinking and utilizing modern technology to enhance education and research.

     
  5. Communicate technical information effectively and professionally both via oral presentation and by writing original research to a professional standard.

     


At the successful completion of the Master program in Electrical Engineering / Communication / Non-Thesis:

 

  1. Demonstrate a sound, in-depth and up-to-date technical knowledge in the fields of analog and digital communication systems, electromagnetic theory, communication networks, information theory, and signal processing.

     
  2. Identify, analyze and solve engineering problems in the field of communication systems by applying acquired knowledge and expertise.

     
  3. Evaluate the effects of engineering solutions, their ethical considerations, sustainability, and real-world performance.

     
  4. Continue professional development, self-learning, critical thinking and utilizing modern technology to enhance education and research.

     
  5. Communicate technical information effectively and professionally both via oral presentation and by writing technical reports to a professional standard.​
