​​This study aims to investigate the application of technology in quality management processes (QMPs) by analyzing research trends in technology application for QMP, ranking the QMP technologies, identifying associated benefits and highlighting existing technology gaps for QMP

Design/methodology/approach

This study conducted a scientometric review of technology applications for QMPs in construction research from 2000 to 2024 using the content analysis method, through a co-occurrence network of keywords, co-authorship network and citation by sources.
