The University of Jordan is introducing 11 unique academic programs across various academic degrees to be taught at the beginning of the next academic year.

The University of Jordan announced the introduction of (11) new academic programs, which will be offered as part of the curriculums of its various scientific and humanities Schools starting from the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The announcement of these programs came after they were approved by the Higher Education Council, subject to obtaining special accreditation from the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (HEAC) and inclusion on the National Qualifications Framework.

The academic programs are unique in their quality and innovative in their theses, and are distributed among bachelor's, master's, higher diploma, and doctoral degrees.

The university accredited the Bachelor's program in Event Management at the School of Archaeology and Tourism, provided the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission provides a plan for sending School members to the program for the next four years. It also accredited the Bachelor's program in Data Science and Statistics at the School of Science, subject to amending its name to "Statistics and Data Science."

At the graduate diploma level, the university announced the introduction of a graduate diploma in laboratory management and quality assurance in the School of Science, a graduate diploma in physical fitness in the School of Sports Sciences, and a graduate diploma in educational leadership in the School of Educational Sciences.

At the beginning of the new academic year, the university will also offer a Master's program in Hospitality Management and Sustainable Tourism in the School of Archaeology and Tourism, a Master's program in Oral Health Sciences/Oral Biology in the School of Dentistry, a Master's program in Process Safety Engineering and Intelligent Systems in the School of Engineering, a Master's program in Personalized Medicine and Medical Biotechnology in partnership between the School of Medicine and the Institute of Public Health, and finally a Master's program in Applied Spanish Linguistics in the School of Foreign Languages.

It is worth noting that the university is currently completing the remaining procedures and paperwork in preparation for the launch of a PhD program in Computer Engineering in the School of Engineering, in partnership with the University of Nebraska/Lincoln. This program will be offered alongside the other new programs at the beginning of the next academic year.
