Natalie Algorani, Farah Ekr, Marah Kharbt and Hanin Omar from Chemical Engineering department- University of Jordan, have won the third place for The Best Applicable Project Competition lead by Hamdi Mango Centre for Scientific Researches (HMCSF) for their Project " Production of Nitrogenous Fertilizer from Waste Human Hair" supervised by Dr. Ayman Rawajfeh. The Idea of this Project is to synthesized Liquid nitrogenous fertilizer using waste human hair as the raw material. Potassium hydroxide (KOH) was used as the non recoverable solvent.
