The School includes eight departments: civil engineering, architectural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, computer engineering, and mechatronics engineering at the bachelor's level, in addition to seventeen programs at the master's level.

Seven programs from the School obtained international accreditation ABET. In October 2014, three programs obtained international accreditation: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. In October 2019, four other programs obtained international accreditation ABET: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Mechatronics Engineering.

The School includes many laboratories equipped with the latest technologies and modern equipment that help the student and researcher conduct research and studies. The School strives diligently to serve the community and the engineering profession by providing consultations to the private and governmental sectors, offering specialized courses and workshops, as well as holding conferences and seminars, and participating in scientific forums locally and abroad.
